As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Radisson Hotels & Resorts - The Americas, Fredrik Korallus serves as brand and operational leader for Radisson Hotels & Resorts in the Americas.  In this role  Korallus is responsible for overseeing managed hotels, franchise field support, sales, marketing, guest satisfaction, brand standards and product and service quality.

Korallus brings to this position broad global experience in the hotel industry, having served in leadership positions in Carlson hotel brands in Asia, Europe and the United States. Most recently he served as Executive Vice President of Revenue Generation for Carlson Hotels Worldwide.  Prior to that, Korallus was Senior Vice President for Future Openings and Franchise Operations at The Rezidor Hotel Group, Carlson's largest partner in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Other positions he has held within Rezidor include Senior Vice President and COO of Park Inn hotels, leading a period of aggressive expansion of this brand in the EMEA and Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Rezidor.

Korallus also served in various executive sales and marketing positions with Radisson Hotel operations in Asia, the United Kingdom and Washington D.C. In other experience, he successfully engineered a management buy-in and turnaround of the Hotel and Catering Training Company (HCTC), the UK's largest training provider serving the hospitality and leisure industries.

Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, Korallus has a degree in hotel catering and institutional management from Thames University in London.
